Our Infrastructure
Being a quality driven enterprise at our production unit, we take pride to develop the most durable packaging product, using contemporary computer controlled production methods. Our in-house production unit is equipped with some of the best and modern hi-tech machines which yield excellent result and ensure quality products. Some of the manufacturing machines that have been installed at our production premises are:
- Stitching machine.
- Weaving machine.
- Extruders.
- Two / Three / Four color flexographic printing machine.
- Lamination machine.
- Rotogravure machine upto 8 colour and 1100 mm width.
- Slitting machine upto 1500 mm.
Our Capacities
Beginning with just 25 tonnes per month capacity in Year 1982, Marudhara has continually and pre-emptively enhanced its capacity, in sync with the rising market demands. And the exploding customer market of India is expected to spur the company to scale up to global capacity levels eventually. Today, Marudhara is equipped with 200 MT capacity per month of HDPP woven sacks & flexible packaging with all latest technologies, machineries & skilled man power. Our stitching and printing section has daily capacity of 1 lac bags. We boast of our expertise in multi color rob o printed HDPP woven sacks & are considered best in this product category. Recently, four layer product with one mettalize film successfully launched and received by market. The biggest strength is that we are able to arrange quick delivery at short notice. We boast about having the best skilled professionals, who facilitate us to supply a wide variety of plastic packaging solutions in different sizes, colors and materials. Our quality controllers, store housing and inspection facilities helped us to earn a distinct place amongst our business associates and competitors in the market.
